Unemployment drops in 4 cities in southeast Minnesota


ST. PAUL, Minn. (KTTC) -- Unemployment fell in four cities in southeast Minnesota last month.

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development reports the jobless rate in Rochester dropped two-tenths of a point in July to 4.3 percent.

Unemployment also dropped last month in Austin, Albert Lea and Winona.

But Winona had the highest rate in southeast Minnesota at 5.9 percent.
