Olmsted County deputies say the 15-year-old was riding her bicycle near 1st Street East and 5th Avenue East at about 6:30 p.m.Tuesday, when a silver, two-door sedan hit her.

The girl describes the driver as a 20 to 30-year-old woman with reddish-brown hair.

The girl was able to ride home, where her father called 911 after she complained of ankle and head pain.
