ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Even though it's just started to feel like summer again the past few days, it's almost time for the kids to hit the books as another school year beckons.
On Tuesday, a back-to-school rally was held to help transition the kids from summer, back to school.
PACE (Parents And Children Excel) and Project Hope hosted the rally at East Park.
It was designed to get kids and parents motivated to excel during the upcoming school year.
Kids climbed on inflatable courses, visited the petting zoo, and chowed down on free food.
For most Rochester students, school will start again in two weeks on September 3rd.
