AUSTIN, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Lyle man convicted for hiding in a cornfield and pointing a gun at a deputy last year has been sentenced to prison for a probation violation.
Brian Jansen, 43, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison with credit for 183 days already served in jail.
He was charged in early August for violating an order for protection.
Jansen was arrested in July 2012 after a domestic disturbance near Lyle.
