ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- By now, back-to-school shopping is in full swing. And for parents who are tired of hunting for matching folders, notebooks and colored pencils, one Rochester elementary school has tried to make the process easier.
The Bamber Valley Elementary PTA provides a program called "School Toolbox."
The national company works with the school PTA to put together boxes for each grade level that include all the school supplies students need. The boxes are then shipped directly to your door.
The PTA uses a program as fundraiser to help raise money for things like field trips, playground equipment and books for classrooms.
PTA officials say the prices run between about 30 and 45 dollars.
It's too late this year to order a school tool box, but they should be available next year for parents who want to skip the back-to-school shopping-- and help fund the PTA at the same time.
