ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the passenger killed in an overnight crash on Highway 52 in Rochester.
Andrew Preap, 19, was killed in the single car accident just before 11 p.m. Monday near the Broadway exit on Highway 52.
The car was traveling north when the driver lost control and rolled into the median, eventually coming to rest on its roof.
The State Patrol says the driver of the car, Brittney Preap, 18, of Rochester, was transported to Saint Marys Hospital, where, as of Tuesday afternoon, she was listed in fair condition.
A passenger, Timothy Preap, 17, also of Rochester, was transported to Saint Marys Hospital and was listed in fair condition Tuesday afternoon.
According to Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Eric Roeske, Andrew, Brittney and Timothy were cousins.
The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office and Rochester Fire Department assisted with the investigation. Gold Cross Ambulance was also on scene.
