3 people charged in connection with Fillmore Co. burglary
CLAREMONT, Minn. (KTTC) -- Three people were charged Monday in connection with a burglary in rural Fillmore County on Thursday.
Kevin Joel Tucker, Samantha Jo Marcozzi and Justin LeRoy Rickert are each facing a charge of 5th degree possession of methamphetamine and possession of stolen property.
The three were arrested on Friday after deputies from Dodge, Fillmore and Olmsted County along with members of the Southeast Minnesota Narcotics Task Force carried out a search warrant at 327 East Street North in Claremont.
According to the Fillmore County Sheriff's Office, items from the Fillmore County burglary were recovered along with several other items believed to be stolen from other burglaries. Authorities also seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Tucker, Marcozzi and Rickert are being held in the Steele County Jail.
