near ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Texas man is awaiting his day in court after he was found with 12 pounds of methamphetamine.
40-year-old Francisco Molina is charged with first-degree drug possession.
Molina was scheduled to appear in Freeborn County Court thursday afternoon, but will instead stand before the judge next week.
Minnesota State Patrol troopers pulled Molina over on Interstate 35 near the Highway 251 overpass last Wednesday.
He was arrested after a search of his vehicle turned up meth.
Molina is being held in the Freeborn County Jail on 200-thousand dollars bail.
