ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- You can expect more slowdowns on Highway 52 Thursday near Pine Island.
It's due to construction of the entrance ramp for the new Elk Run interchange.
According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, lane closures begin Thursday morning on the southbound lanes of Highway 52 between Pine Island and Oronoco.
MnDOT says the closures will continue for the next week.
Crews hope to have the entire Elk Run interchange project done by this November.
