Level 3 predatory offenders get new addresses in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Two Level 3 predatory offenders have new homes in Rochester.

Allan Lee Lloyd and William Burton-James Solbrig had been living in Rochester on the 2100 block of Campus Drive Southeast.

Lloyd will now live on the 800 block of 9th Avenue Southeast.

Solbrig is moving to the 1000 block of West Center Street.

Both remain under Intensive Supervised Release.

According to the Rochester Police Department, Lloyd and Solbrig have a history of sexual conduct with girls between the ages of 3 and 16 and knew their victims.
