ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- So many around the world have been keeping a close eye on London, and the royal family, including a longtime Rochester resident, Barb Henoch, who's originally from England.
We were able to get a hold of her Monday over the phone.
She timed her visit perfectly to be in London yesterday morning, while Catherine, Dutchess of Cambridge, delivered her baby boy.
Henoch, who's husband Phil developed Ronald McDonald house in Rochester, is a longtime supporter of the Royal Family.
She says the mood in London tonight is jubilent. And for Barb, it's a deeply personal time.
"They're a young couple and very much in love. I'm very proud of them. I get the tingles when I talk about them. I just love to see them on television, and I hope we can see more of them in the states," Henoch said.
Barb says most thought Catherine would deliver a baby girl. A little boy is a welcome surprise, though, and she believes William and Catherine will be excellent parents.
