Man arrested for threatening another man with replica gun

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police have arrested a 17-year-old man who allegedly pulled a replica gun in a crowd of people.

Officers say they were called to Foster Arend Park Tuesday afternoon for a fight involving two different groups of people

Security at the popular beach says a juvenile in one of the groups pulled out what looked like a firearm and threatened to shoot another man.

The piece was actually a replica B-B gun.

Security was able to detain the teen while waiting for law enforcement to arrive.

He was then arrested and is now at the Juvenile Detention Center.

He faces multiple charges including second degree assault and terroristic threats.
