MASON CITY, Iowa (KTTC) -- Bond is set at $500,000 cash for the man accused of killing a 20-month-old child in 1994.
The Mason City Globe Gazette reports Michael Cisneros' work release status was revoked.
He's charged with first-degree murder in the death of John Joseph Snyder Jr.
Authorities announced Monday that DNA analysis led to Cisneros' arrest.
20-month-old John Joseph Snyder Jr. was reported missing from his father's Mason City apartment in July 1994.
He was found a day later snagged on a tree.
Police say he died of drowning and a skull injury.
