ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A 22-year-old Rochester man is back in custody after police say they found more than a pound of marijuana and a firearm in his possession.
Police executed a search warrant at about 6 a.m. Friday at a townhouse on the 3200 block of Avalon Cove Court Southwest in Rochester.
Police say they arrested a convicted felon named Devin Dee, who police say was in possession of a hand gun, cash and a pound of marijuana. A check with Avalon Cove revealed Dee is not a resident of the townhome community.
He faces multiple charges including 5th degree possession with the intent to sell and illegally possessing a fire arm.
