ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Rochester man charged with having child porn has been sentenced to probation.
Jesse Lequia pleaded guilty in March to one count of possessing pornographic work.
An Olmsted County judge on Tuesday ordered Lequia to serve five years supervised probation and 50 hours of community service.
A search warrant carried out at Lequia's home in the fall of 2011 turned up electronic devices containing child pornography.
