RED WING, Minn. (KTTC) -- The Goodhue County Sheriff's Office is asking boaters to use extra caution on the Mississippi River.
Recent heavy rainfall means strong currents from the high water.
The sheriff's office is calling on boaters to slow down and be aware of the boat's wake.
River levels are expected to remain high into the 4th of July weekend.
