CALEDONIA, Minn. (KTTC) -- The state of emergency issued for Houston County on Monday continues.
Many parts of southeastern Minnesota were hit hard from flash flooding over the weekend, but storm damage was particularly harsh throughout Houston County.
County officials there are reporting up to $2 million dollars in damage has been done by the weekend floods.
Highway 27, about 4 miles southeast of Spring Grove is just one of the roads that have been washed out.
And, Monday morning the Houston County Sheriffs Office tells us 9 county roads remain closed.
