ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) -- The Albert Lea man who blew off part of his arm while making an explosive in his underground bunker is now facing felony charges.
Ronald Irvin Rofshus, 48, appeared in court Thursday. His attorney entered a provisional not guilty plea.
The criminal complaint quotes Rofshus as saying he was mixing explosives last October to make targets that would explode when fired upon.
