ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Rochester man pleads guilty in the death of a woman killed in a towing incident back in May.
46-year-old Wade Cole made his plea Tuesday to criminal vehicle homicide while negligently driving under the influence of alcohol.
59-year-old Diane Sorenson of Rochester was killed in the accident back on May 4th.
She was helping tow a vehicle out of a snow bank near the intersection of 29th street southeast and Marion Road southeast.
Wade was in the vehicle being towed when a chain snapped causing the vehicle to run over Sorenson.
She later died of her injuries.
Wade is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
