Police investigate shooting in Rochester


ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Police responded to a report of a shooting in Rochester early Wednesday morning.

The incident happened around midnight, on the 1300 block of Marion Road southeast.

Police tell us that's where a man was walking, when he was approached by 3 black males.

After he ignored them and kept going, he heard three gunshots fired in his direction and saw bullets hit the ground next to him.

He ran into a mobile home court nearby.

The suspects took off.

No one was hurt in the gunfire.

Police were on scene investigating until about 2 this morning.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is continuing.
