BURNSVILLE, Minn. (AP) -- Police and the Hennepin County medical examiner are investigating the death of a 4-year-old boy in Burnsville.
Police and paramedics were called to the boy's home on a report of medical problems. Burnsville police spokesman Rory Bochniak says the boy was dead by the time they arrived Tuesday about 5 p.m. The specific medical problem was not released.
The boyfriend of the child's mother was arrested at the scene for charges in Dakota County, including criminal damage to property. The Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/196YXlk ) says the boy's death has not been ruled a homicide.
