Recipe for Have Pork will Grill
Cider Glazed Pork Chops Dilled & Grilled Potatoes /Asparagus
Ingredients for four people
2 bottles Hard Cider (Cider Boys is great.)
4 Pork Chops (Place chops in casserole dish and cover completely with cider. You may need to use a little more or less cider to cover chops.)
3 Baked Potatoes (Cut into wedges.)
Dill Potato Mix (Recipe is below.)
1 bunch Asparagus (Trimmed.)
1 cup BBQ Sauce
Grill at 400 Degrees
Grill chops until they reach about 150-degrees with a thermometer, then drench with BBQ sauce and finish with lid closed.
Coat Potatoes and Asparagus in mix. Potatoes will take about 10 minutes and asparagus will take about 5-6 minutes.
Dilled Potato Mix
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tbs Dill
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
Mix all ingredients together
