ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- It started with a search to recover stolen tire rims, but ended with one man being arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
Bobby Ramsey was arrested Wednesday morning after Olmsted County deputies received a call from Watson Recycling saying someone had broken in and stole dozens of vehicle rims.
Authorities located a car across the road that had 9 rims inside of it, and 7 rims outside.
Ramsey was at the car, but claimed the car was not his.
During the investigation, however, deputies did find meth on Ramsey.
He's now facing charges of 5th degree controlled substance.
