Recipe for Cajun Rib-eye, Cheddar Potato Cakes & Corn on Cobb with Voodoo Butter

Ingredients for four people 
4-Ribeyes (any Steak Works)
½ cup Cajun Seasoning  ( Recipe Follows)
1 Cup Voodoo Butter (Recipe Follows)
1 Recipe Cheddar Potato Cakes

Grilling - 400-degree grill
Steak Rub each steak (both sides) with Cajun Seasoning.  Grilled as normal to desired temp. Potato Cakes on griddle. Place small amount of bacon grease. Use half cup measurer and scoop cakes onto griddle cook for about 3 minutes each side. 

Cajun Blackening Spice     
¼ cup Kosher Salt
¼ Cup Garlic Powder
1 tbs Black Pepper
1 tbs Cayenne Pepper
1 tbs Thyme
½ cup Paprika
1 tbs Oregano 
Place all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag and shake well.

Voodoo Butter
½ # butter
2 oz. Porter Beer (Please enjoy the remainder of the beer while grilling)
1 oz. Cajun Seasoning
Whip in Electric Mixer low speed until combined

Cheddar Potato Cakes
6 cups Hash Browns Raw
1 cup Shredded Cheddar  
¼ Cup Bacon Cooked and Chopped
¼ Cup Chives
2 Eggs Whole
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tbs Kosher Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Onion 
Mix all ingredients together
