Brush sites collecting debris in Albert Lea and Owatonna


ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) -- The city of Albert Lea and Owatonna are accepting brush and tree debris that fell in yesterday's storm.

Albert Lea residents can drop off their debris during normal operating hours at the Transfer station and Demolition Landfill and also at the Blazing Star Landing starting today through Sunday May 12th.

In Owatonna, debris that has fallen on private property can be dropped off at Owatonna's Yard Waste Compost site for a reduced rate until May 18th.

If trees and branches have fallen on public property it will be picked up by the city of Owatonna.
