Near ZUMBRO FALLS, Minn. (KTTC) -- A St. Charles man is facing DWI and Criminal Vehicular Operation charges after a snowmobile crash in late March.
33-year-old Brent Beck was driving a snowmobile at about 1:15 a.m. on March 25th when he hit a snowbank near Zumbro Falls.
Beck and his passenger, 29-year-old Torey Edwards, of Rochester were both thrown from the sled.
Edwards was taken by Mayo One to Saint Marys Hospital in Serious Condition.
Beck's blood results are back in, and they showed him to be over the limit at the time of the crash.
Police say speed was also a factor.
