Break-ins reported at phone stores

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police are investigating break-ins at two area Verizon stores.

Police report the store on the 1700 block of North Broadway, and the store on Market Place Drive Northwest were both burglarized.

In each instance someone threw an object through the front door. Cash and phones were taken.

The break-ins were discovered Friday morning when employees came into the open the stores.

Police are continuing to investigate the incidents.
