Chop Drop to be held Saturday

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- After being delayed during the Easter holiday due to weather, Operation Hometown Gratitude is inviting the community to a Chop Drop on Saturday.

Children are invited to Mayo High school field where a helicopter will fly over head, and drop easter eggs for kids to collect.

The event will start at 10 a.m.

OHG is asking for a free will donation to help cover costs.

Last year there were more than 5,000 participants.
