ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A 12-year-old was cited by police after he dropped a rock onto a moving car over the weekend.
The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. Friday afternoon in Rochester.
The boy was standing on the pedestrian bridge over Highway 52 when he dropped a rock onto the moving vehicle.
Police say the rock did not do serious damage, but the driver slowed down and called police.
He was found nearby and issued a citation for damage to property.
