ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (KTTC) -- Police in St. Petersburg, Fla., say investigators plan to ticket the driver of a charter bus carrying the RCTC baseball team for running a red light.

David Watkins, 33, of Viola, was driving the Heartland Tour Bus transporting RCTC baseball players and coaches on a spring break trip March 20.

St. Petersburg police say Virginia Frazier, 74, of Clearwater, Fla., was attempting to make a left turn when her car collided with the bus.

Frazier remains hospitalized but her condition has improved, according to police.

No one on the bus was hurt.
