MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Vikings are getting a makeover-- on their uniforms, that is.
The team announced on Thursday that it will unveil its new uniforms at the draft party on April 25. The Vikings have been working with Nike on a redesign to their purple look.
The Vikings are being mum about the specifics of the changes. But they are offering fans a chance to participate in a social media game that will give them a chance to score sneak peeks and teasers as draft night approaches. Fans can engage with the team's official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts to earn points to unlock glimpses on Vikingsuniforminsider.com.
It will be the first significant changes to the team's uniforms since 2008.
