ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Emergency crews responded to the scene of a snowmobile crash early Monday morning.
Brent Beck, 33, of St. Charles, was driving a snowmobile around 1:15 a.m. along the Olmsted-Wabasha county line, near Zumbro Falls when he hit a snowbank.
Beck and his passenger Torey Edwards, 29, of Rochester, were both ejected.
Edwards was transported by Mayo One helicopter to St. Marys with a head injury. Officials Monday morning said she's listed in serious condition.
Beck was not immediately taken to the hospital, but later complained of back pain and also ended up at St. Marys. As of Monday morning, officials said Beck was listed in fair condition.
Crews from Elgin, Zumbro Falls and Wabasha County responded to the accident.
Olmsted County deputies say they believe alcohol and speed were both factors in the accident.
