WORTH COUNTY, Iowa (KTTC) -- A former Worth County man was arrested after an early Friday morning high speed chase.
Michael Westfall, 33, is facing charges including felony eluding.
The Worth County Sheriff's Office took a call at about 5:40 a.m. about a truck driving around slowly with the lights off.
Deputies tried to pull the driver over, but he took off and reached speeds in excess of 100 mph.
According to the Worth County Sheriff's Office, the chase went through parts of Mitchell, Freeborn and Mower counties before ending in the parking lot at the Subway on 4th Street in Austin.
