ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A former Stewartville teacher was sentenced to another 180 days in jail Tuesday, after he violated his probation by not completing a treatment program after he was convicted in 2011.

Francis Skinness was convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct in October 2011, and was sentenced Tuesday in Olmsted County Court to another 180 days in jail.

Skinness previously skipped at sex offender class in 2012, and was sentenced to another 30 days in jail.

Now, Skinness will complete the sex offender program from jail.
