ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A bicyclist was injured Thursday in a hit-and-run accident in Rochester.
Rochester police say Eric Lopez Martinez was westbound on West Silver Lake Dr. when he grazed a woman in the bike lane.
The incident happened around 5:40 p.m. Thursday.
After striking the woman, police say Martinez continued on until he stopped a short distance later.
His blood alcohol content at the time was .173.
The woman suffered minor injuries but did not require medical attention.
Police say Martinez has a significant criminal history that includes DUI's in other states.
