MOORHEAD, Minn. (AP) -- Police have arrested two men in a shooting that wounded a 23-year-old man in Moorhead.
The Red River Valley SWAT Team executed a warrant at a home in Fargo, North Dakota around 11 a.m. Thursday and arrested a 19-year-old man without incident. He's in the Clay County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder.
About an hour later, a 23-year-old Moorhead man was taken into custody after being interviewed about the shooting. He's being held on suspicion of drug conspiracy.
Police say the victim was shot inside his home Wednesday. He underwent surgery for injuries to his abdomen and arm and is expected to recover.
Moorhead police seized more than 2 pounds of marijuana and almost $11,000 cash from the victim's home.
Police are still trying to locate a third suspect.
