ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - As a few leftover flurries continue to fall, most of southeastern Minnesota is already digging out from an early March storm that dumped close to a half-foot of snow around the region.
As the KTTC team slowly made our way around town, many were just waking up to their cars stuck in the drifts.
Luckily, those who were already shoveling their driveways and blowing snow from sidewalks lent a hand.
Most of our area school districts decided to play it safe too, cancelling classes early Tuesday morning.
Here at KTTC, we received about 6 inches of snow overnight. In Kasson, it was closer to 10 inches. And Oak Center, in Wabasha County, also received around 10 inches.
Our KTTC Precision Weather team says we can expect a few much calmer weather the rest of the week.
