ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- The new Mayo Clinic Business Accelerator is open for business.
Mayo Cinic, city officials and community leaders made the announcement Friday.
The accelerator is in the city-owned Minnesota BioBusiness Center.
It's starting out with nine tenants ranging from medical device makers to software developers.
The accelerator is funded by Mayo Clinic and local sales tax money.
Existing companies, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists can lease space.
