Jack-knifed semi blocks traffic on I-90

Posted:

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - A semi tractor trailer jack-knifed on I-90 south of Eyota this morning, blocking traffic for about 35 minutes.

The semi was headed westbound on I-90 near Highway-42 when it hit ice, crossed over onto the median and jack-knifed onto the eastbound lanes.

Both eastbound lanes were temporarily blocked, and traffic was detoured while crews worked to remove the jack-knifed semi.

Thanks to KTTC viewer Vincent Ready who sent us the picture (left) of the crash.
