Sex offender returns to Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Level 3 sex offender has returned to Rochester.

Rochester police say Joshua Lee Winsky, 23, will live in the 4200 block of 22nd Ave. N.W.

He was first released in Rochester in October 2012.

However, Winsky went back to prison for a few months after violating conditions of his release.

According to the Rochester Police Department, Winsky has a history of sexual contact with minor female victims age 7-14.
