ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - A trial date has been set for an Eyota man charged with 2nd degree murder.

The trial for Trevor Morten, 39, will begin June 17th in Olmsted County Court.

Morten is charged in the death of Jamie Unverzagt, 44. Morten died March 3, 2013, a day after getting in a scuffle with Morten outside the Eyota American Legion.

The criminal complaint claims Unverzagt hit his head on the ground outside the Legion post after being shoved by Morten during an argument.

Morten has charged with 2nd degree murder without intent.
