DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Dubuque road crews have been preparing the city's roads in the days leading up to the storm.

Street and sewer maintenance supervisor John Klostermann said crews have been spraying anti-icing liquid to ward off slippery conditions.

The city will have 15 snowplows running throughout the night. Come 4 a.m., the city will add to the fleet and will do so again at 7 a.m.
