Star Restaurant and Ultra Lounge in Dubuque closes

DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

An iconic restaurant in the Port of Dubuque has permanently closed.

Star Restaurant and Ultra Lounge was located in the Star Brewery Complex in the Port of Dubuque.

The owners, Matt and Sarah Kluesner, also own Crust Italian Kitchen and Bar in Dubuque.

The owners declined to comment on Star Restaurant's closure.

Other businesses in the Star Brewery Complex, including Stone Cliff Winery, are still open.
