Syler's Tavern burglarized during remodel

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Several kitchen items have been stolen from Syler's Tavern  on the 1600 block of Highway 52 North in Rochester.

According to the Rochester Police Department it happened sometime overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.

Syler's is currently being remodeled and several items like grills and broilers were moved outside the back door to make room for the work being done. That's when they were taken from the site.

It's estimated the items taken were worth more than $5,000.
