
Fargo scored 3 goals in the first 6:36 of the 3rd period to rally to a 3-2 victory over the Waterloo Black Hawks at Young Arena. The Black Hawks outshot Fargo 50-29 and grabbed a 1-0 lead in the second period on a goal by Justin Kloos. But Fargo got successive goals from Alex Iafallo 0:29 into the third period, Gavin Bayreuther 3:05 into the third and Brendan Harms with just 6:36 gone in the final frame to grab a 3-1 lead.
Waterloo's Brandon Salerno scored the Black Hawk's second goal with 6:11 to play to make it 3-2. Black Hawk goalie Cal Petersen who held Fargo scoreless through two periods finished with 26 saves while Fargo's Brendan Jensen turned away 48 of Waterloo's 50 shots on goal.
