WATERLOO (KWWL) -

You may have a health problem that affects you every night -- and you probably wouldn't even know it.

Sleep apnea affects millions of Americans, about the same amount of people that have Type 2 Diabetes. That's more than 18 million people.

But with sleep apnea, you might not think you have it -- and that could lead to an increased risk of more serious health problems.

Monday night on the KWWL News at 10, Bob Waters takes you into a sleep study and talks with medical professionals to find out more about the condition, its health effects and what you can do about it.
