Dillon Caudill
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Rochester man accused of assaulting his girlfriend and then stabbing and assaulting her 12-year-old daughter learns his fate.
Dillon Caudill, 31, was sentenced Monday to seven years in prison for sexually assaulting the young girl last October.
He will also have to register as a sex offender.
Caudill pleaded guilty to the charges in November.
All the charges stemmed from an incident on October 2 when Caudill was at his girlfriend's home under the influence of meth.
Rochester police said Caudill stabbed the 12-year-old girl in the chest and assaulted his girlfriend before running off.
Police later arrested him.
