ROCHESTER, MN (KTTC) - A Rochester man charged with sexually assaulting and stabbing a 12-year old girl last October learns his fate today.
Dillon Caudill, 31, will be sentenced at 1:30 this afternoon.
He pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct and three assault charges back in November.
Police say Caudill was at his girlfriend's home and under the influence of meth when he entered the 12-year-old's room on October 2nd, and took pictures of the girl while she was sleeping.
Officers say when the girl woke up she started screaming and tried to fight Caudill.
That's when he stabbed her in the chest with a pair of scissors.
Caudill also assaulted the mother before running off.
The two victims were treated and released.
