Car stolen while warming up

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - Even in this frigid weather, car thieves are out there-- and a car was stolen while the owner tried to keep their vehicle warm.

It happened Wednesday night in front of Med City Taxi in Rochester, on the 400 block of 1st Ave. northwest.

Rochester police tell us that's where a driver left their 2006 Honda Accord running outside to keep it warm.

When they returned, it was gone.

Officials have had no luck locating the stolen car and have no suspects.
