Sex offender has new home in Rochester

Posted:

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - A sex offender has a new home in Rochester.

Police say Robert Tolbert has moved from the 800 block of 9 Ave SE to the 400 block of 10 Ave SE.

A public meeting was held regarding Tolbert's initial move into the neighborhood a few years ago, and because his move is just a few blocks, no new meeting has been scheduled.

Tolbert has a history of sexual contact with females between the ages of 4 and 15.

He provided drugs to the 15-year-old victim.

Tolbert knew his victims.
